I serve mothers with a variety of backgrounds who are in various situations and circumstances.

Whether you will birth via c-section, medicated or non-medicated, at home or not, you deserve supportive care. Whether this is your first baby or fourth, whether you have one or multiples, you deserve supportive care. Whether your family situation is supportive or not, whether you're single, married, a working mama or SAHM, I'm here for you. Whether your birth experience was as expected or unexpectedly traumatic, I'm here. Even if you left the hospital with empty arms and you are feeling like you can't go on, I'm at your side.

My services include much of the following, depending on the mother's needs + desires.

Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support. Childbirth education support. Pregnancy support as you navigate providers, questions, and more. Labor and birth support. Breastfeeding/lactation support. Infant sleep support. Educational support as desired. Access and referral to resources, New Mother Blessing Ceremony (like a baby shower, but just for Mama!), in-home meal and food preparation as well as nutritional support and education as desired. Household support such as light-housekeeping, laundry, dishes, grocery pickup, and more. Support during bereavement and loss (regardless of gestation). Birth photography and newborn photography.

What does lactation support look like?

Feeding the baby can become a very stressful task and cause many mothers to worry if baby is getting enough food, gaining weight, and thriving. I'm here to help you as you navigate feeding your baby in whatever way you choose is best, whether that be breastfeeding, bottle, pumping, formula, or more. Should questions or concerns arise such as latch, nipple pain, clogged ducts, feeding times and lengths, flat or inverted nipples, oversupply or undersupply, mastitis, oral ties, jaundice, allergies, and much more, I'm here for you!
